At Sebastian & Clementine, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and stress-free. Please remember, some items do ship separately so please be patient.
United States Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10 applies to all U.S. orders. *Some exceptions do apply to large items.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on certain promotions that will be emailed or displayed on the website when they are active.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment(s) every step of the way.
Please allow a bit more time for any Sebastian & Clementine branded products, we do use eco-friendly print-on-demand for these products and they can take a bit more time, but they're well worth the wait!
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at sebastianandclementine@gmail.com.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it — however, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our refund policy.
Promo Codes
Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one promo code may be used per order.
Codes may be limited to one-time use and are valid only while supplies last. Expired codes cannot be reactivated.
